About Me
Barbara has over 30 years
experience as a Mohs consultant. She served as a histology
instructor and as a supervisor for a histology laboratory.
She is ASCP accredited with a New York State laboratory
professional license.
Since 1980 she has been a
consultant in Mohs surgery to industry and the private sector.
She has also consulted with over 150 Mohs Surgery offices in the
US and abroad. From 1981 to 1987 Barbara was
on staff at Columbia University located in New York, NY.
From 1990 to 1997 she was on staff at Robert Wood Johnson
University, New Brunswick, New Jersey as a Supervisor.
Presently, Barbara is on staff at
Beth Israel Hospital, New York, New York and Sloan Kettering
Cancer Hospital New York, New York. She also does private
consulting as well as instructing at University Programs.
She served as Workshop Director at the National Society for
Histology meetings and has attended university education
seminars to keep current on OSHA, Clia, and JACO changes.
